Welcome to Kshreekar Educational Groups ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. User Responsibilities
- Users must not share personal information (contact details, social media, addresses, etc.).
- Illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content (nudity, sexual content, drugs, abusive material) is strictly prohibited.
- Violations result in account suspension or banning, and legal action may be taken.
- No refunds or payments will be issued for violations of platform rules.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- The company charges a 20% service fee from teachers per booked class.
- If a class is interrupted, the company retains 20% of the fee, pays teachers for completed time, and refunds the rest to students.
- If a class is not conducted, the company charges a 10% service fee, refunding the remainder to students.
3. Content Ownership & Sharing
- Teachers retain full ownership of the content they upload.
- Lectures can be shared via Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms.
- Documents and materials can be shared using Google Drive.
4. User Behavior & Legal Action
- Users must not engage in abusive behavior or inappropriate conduct.
- Violations will result in account suspension or banning.
- Legal action may be taken against users involved in prohibited activities.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
- Accounts will be suspended or banned if users violate terms.
- Illegal, abusive, or harmful activities will lead to termination.
- Failure to follow payment and refund policies may result in account suspension.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
